We are so glad you've chosen us to help you with your custom dinnerware set! In order for us to best serve you, we require all customers to book a consultation to address your specific needs. Please visit our How To Order page and choose either a Gift Consultation or Custom Dinnerware Set Consultation. Once you have booked your consultation, we will meet with you to discuss everything outlined in the Our Process page.

All of our pieces are produced to be food-safe and dishwasher-safe. Like most handmade pottery, they are prone to damage like chipping or discoloration. While they are made to withstand in the dishwasher for sanitizing purposes, we recommend handwashing when possible.

A custom dinnerware set can take between 3-5 weeks depending on the forms, sizes, and designs selected in the consultation call. To schedule your consultation call, please visit our How To Order page for more details. 

We do our best to create each piece as similar as possible. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly as our pieces are handmade.

In order to efficiently produce all orders, we require a minimum order of 2 items per order.

Please be advised that upon receipt of the purchase order, the client is granted a period of 5 business days to review, approve, and sign the document. Once signed, the full amount specified in the purchase order becomes due and payable. Please ensure that any discrepancies or concerns regarding the order are addressed within those 5 business days. Failure to approve or sign the purchase order may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

We are currently offering order pickup at our studio in Saint Paul or delivery within 20 miles of our studio. If your location is outside the Twin Cities area, standard shipping rates will apply.

For expedited orders, there is a $75 premium added onto the purchase order for efficient processing.
