Hello!

I'm Lindsay, Creative Director and Owner of Spinning Wheel Ceramics.

My journey into the world of pottery began during my undergraduate years at Luther College. I was immediately drawn to the craft while taking a pottery class, eagerly mastering the pottery wheel hours before each session began. After graduating, my professor recommended me for a summer internship at Clay Bay Pottery in Door County, WI. There, I honed my artistic skills and gathered valuable entrepreneurial insight from my mentors.

I've spent the past 12 years as both, an art educator and a creator, sharing my love of ceramics with students and crafting pieces for various purposes, from gifts to personal use. Every opportunity along the way has been a valuable lesson, guiding me toward improvement and growth.

I take immense pride in creating pieces that are both functional and beautiful, aiming to bring joy with every use. Each creation is a labor of love, reflecting the time, energy, and care poured into my work.
